BWC Anniversary Celebration

Corporate events often have a reputation for being stiff and straightforward, but the BWC Anniversary Celebration proved that doesn’t have to be the case. From the moment guests stepped onto the red carpet — welcomed by performance artists with drinks in hand — it was clear this night was designed to impress.

The venue itself was huge and moody, lit with festoon lights that gave atmosphere but left me with the challenge of making sure the photos felt bright, energetic, and true to the buzz of the night.

What stood out most was the attention to detail. BWC had created a walk-through history of their company: construction equipment displayed inside the venue, uniforms from over the decades, memorabilia in cases, even a classic car that played a pivotal role in their story. Guests could wander, explore, and connect with the legacy of the brand while celebrating its future.

My job was to make sure none of those moments went unnoticed. From the roaming performance artists entertaining the crowd, to the speeches that had everyone leaning in, to the candid shots of key company figures mingling with guests — I had to quickly learn who was who and make sure they were well-covered in the gallery.

In the end, it was about more than just documenting an event. It was about capturing the energy, the heritage, and the sense of pride that ran through the night — making sure BWC’s anniversary was remembered just as vividly in images as it was in person.
